Q: I just bought this vehicle and noticed that while running the temperature gauge was right in the middle. Inching up to redline then dropping back down to normal. I dont know for sure but take a look underneath the passenger side mirror.
As I drove away from the mechanic the temp gauge showed the engine heating up short of where it normally is, and then There was also a check engine light, but that went away on its own too.
Later on in the day going up the same road, same speed, it happened again.
